Northern Playground
Northern Playground is a Norwegian clothing brand founded in 2014 to challenge conventions. Initially focused on innovative products for outdoor play, we later transformed our operations after realizing the industry’s role in promoting overconsumption, poor working conditions, and environmental harm.
Instead of focusing on low costs and high volumes like most brands, we now sell directly to consumers at fair prices. Our goal is to design and produce clothing that lasts, helping customers double the lifespan of their garments to reduce environmental impact.
«Made in Oslo» accessories produced in the store
We have a small «Microfactory» inside of our store where we produce «Made in Oslo» headbands and neck-warmers from unused or surplus textiles. Here we also do repairs for our existing customers through our Use More + program.
