As an independent roastery, we roast all our coffee in small batches, with every step done by hand. This lets us inspect, adjust, and perfect each roast—ensuring consistent quality and a great cup every time.
Our focus is not only on the coffee but also on the people who drink it. We ship coffee weekly, not monthly, so you never run out of your favorites—and always love what’s in your cup.
At our café, you can enjoy a great coffee with some of the city’s best pastries from Mendels. And if you decide to stay a little longer, we also serve a small but thoughtful selection of wine and beer.
