Welcome to Folk!
At the southernmost point of Grunerløkka, you find Folk i Storgata – a wonderful oasis of outdoor seating. Folk’s backyard is tucked away in the historic surroundings of Mangelsgården in Storgata. Surrounded by centuries-old wooden buildings and charming rose bushes, the courtyard offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with seating for around 450 guests. In winter, you can enjoy warm evenings indoors by the fireplace.
The backyard has retained its historic character from the 18th century, and the area was protected in 2009. Since 2012, it has been open to the public through various dining establishments and is now a unique and rare gem in downtown Oslo.
Folk has events and concerts throughout the hole year!
