Brauð Toastbar

«Braud» means bread in old Norse language, and we salute this traditional meal at Braud Toastbar. Can the simple «toast» be fantastic? We think so! Building on the Scandinavian traditional use of bread, we believe the humble toast can be so very, very much more!

At Braud we aim to bring the toast to new heights. With the use of locally sourced bread, great meats and some of the world’s most tasty and famous cheeses. Enjoy a meal with some coffee, fresh juices, beer or wine – you’ll find us in Thorvald Meyers gate, in the middle between Olaf Ryes plass and Birkelunden.
