There is a lot of activity in Løkka these days, and there is a lot to look forward to in the next few weeks!

Italiamat butikken delicatessen has opened in Markveien 6. It is very nice that it’s still a delicacy in these pleasant premises. Kjetil Karlsen has lived and traveled between Italy and Norway for 30 years, and is a food geek. Everyone who are fond of Italian food are looking forward to this!

Ember vinbar opens today, Friday 19 January. The guys behind Hot Temper in Nordre gate 22 thought for a long time about what they should use the cellar for, but now they are ready to open the Ember wine bar. And with the wine – there also comes food! Mitchel Bush manages the kitchen, and Harry Booth is in charge of the wine selection. The food is prepared over an open flame, and they serve both snacks and main courses.

Brinner opens on 29 January in Thorvald Meyers gate 26. Brinnir is a bakery with coffee and pastries. We look forward to getting to know them better!

Next door on the corner, Dumpling opens in March. Jan Robin Ektvedt, Morten Ramm and others. is behind it all, and the core product will be traditional and non-traditional dumplings at a reasonable price. It is revealed that bottles of wine and sake will also appear!

Det Gule Hus opens its Flagship store at Løkka. On February 3rd., there is an opening party in a whole 750 m2 sales arena for private individuals who want to sell used clothes and accessories. In Gøteborggata 31A. They have an interesting business model where much takes place digitally and with self-service, while service-oriented employees in the store take care of everything.
